Forbes: Facial Recognition’s Newest Obstacle

The National Telecommunications Information Administration (NTIA) will begin this week a series of meetings to debate whether to adopt voluntary guidelines to determine how the Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights applies to facial recognition. Are we jumping the gun here? Yes.
