The Speed Venture Summit is sponsored by the New Hampshire High Technology Council (NHHTC) and the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC). Recognized for its impressive pitch to investors, Animetrics was named the top presenter at the 2008 Speed Venture Summit based on overall business plan potential, investment potential and the quality of the presentation. More than 100 companies applied to attend the Summit and only 50 were accepted.
 
Speed Venture Summit, held on October 28, is the meeting place in New England for investors, companies and individuals with great ideas. At the summit, businesses seeking growth capital for all stages of development speed-pitch their concepts to the savviest and shrewdest investors in this region, from individuals and Angels to VC firms and private equity and mezz-debt investors. Following the presenter-investor segment, the summit offers a business networking session, open to the public, and a pitch-off among the top companies of the day. Animetrics took the top honors. More than twenty five venture investor firms attended the summit.
