US Government Funds Animetrics Technologies R&D; -- June 2004, Unisys signs Animetrics as a subcontractor to a major government DoD project. The Government will be funding several technology components R&D; within Animetrics product development schedule. Animetrics proved that it could provide the leading 2D to 3D facial recognition technology preprocessor for the Government's selected facial recognition system.
